CAN I SUE CMS?

Is it possible at all to sue CMS for being totally useless at recovering all 23k of unpaid child maintenance payments over past 3 years from my deadbeat ex husband ?

WHY IS IT STILL POSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS ???? (Sigh)

@NotMeSecretFormular bloody hell….. this needs to be a crime. Not up to 6 weeks in prison, crime full stop.
