Can you not just check the ingredients of these foods? They're usually printed on the packet/ jar.

You need to only introduce one potential allergen per day.

@Sofarsogood123 well I don't really know as they've only had veggies so far lol would egg and broccoli not be horrible ??

Doesn't sound great does it? But babies don't have the same preconceived ideas about what goes together that we do lol! I used mashed potato

DS had CMPA and was fine with normal mayonnaise.

Not RTFT so apologies if this has already been said.
As a general rule of thumb - normal full fat Mayo is dairy free. "Light" versions usually contain milk.

Lidl's full fat Mayo is DF. We use that one Wink

Yeah I would agree about babies having no real idea about flavour combinations. One time my partner misheard what I said to feed our at the time 10 month old and ended up putting watermelon and strawberry puree on broccoli, vegan cheese and carrot muffins. I nearly had a breakdown over the stupidity 😂 but our baby ate it all like it was the best thing he ever tasted. That made me realise that one, me giving myself a pat of the back for excellent cooking was pointless because apparently my son will eat anything lol but also two, babies perception of taste and certain food combinations is not the same as ours so don’t worry too much.
