Hello everyone,

My DD is 6 months old currently happy in a maxi cosi pebble pro car seat however I am finding now she is getting bigger I would much prefer one of those rotating car seats but there are so many too choose from so am looking for suggestions on the best no limit on cost either.. i would also like to no how bulky the iso fix bases really are I have a small hatch back and any advice on how to protect leather seats I currently have a seat protector on it so hoping that will be enough.. when my 2 others were babies many moons ago we didn't have the luxury of these spin seats so it really is a treat to get 😁

Thank you all

@exhaustedmummy89 Our child seems very comfortable in it. A few friends have purchased it since seeing ours and they all seem quite happy with it. It has a decent ADAC safety test result too.

Halfords will quite happily try seats in your car to make sure they fit. Found the staff really knowledgeable when looking at them for our grandchildren.

Cybex sirona

I think this is the one that I went for. Spins nicely although actually we rarely used that feature. Felt very sturdy

We have the maxi cosi mica. It was really reasonable at around £200 in sale and comes with base included so much cheaper than the maxi cosi Pearl plus base separately. We have used with Ds daily since newborn and he was tall born. He’s almost 3 years, lots of space still and still rear faces. We used the first 2 years in a very small car and it’s nice and compact.

I don't think it's worth getting the pearl 360 as you'll have to buy the base as well and that makes it really expensive. If you like maxi Cosi the maxi Cosi mica is basically the same as the pearl 360 but you don't need to buy the base separately.
