What do your babies wear?

Baby boy is 9 weeks old and basically wears sleepsuits night and day except when we go out somewhere and I pop an outfit on (usually dungarees or a jumper/trouser set).

what do other people do? My friend thinks it strange I dress him in a sleepsuit rather than an outfit during the day but it’s just so much more convenient especially if just in the house.

when did your little one start wearing outfits more often than sleepsuits during the day?

My 9 month old usually wears sleepsuits

Mine wore mostly sleepsuits and cardigans until 5/6 months. Some days they wore a little top and leggings or something. Very occasionally, a proper little outfit. I used to have favourite sleepsuits that were more "daytime" in my head and then the more plain or boring ones they'd wear at night.

@ShesThunderstorms that’s funny - I also have sleepsuits that I deem more day style than night! Thought it was all in my head

At 9 weeks? Yeah forever sleepsuits!!!

Don't think I started proper outfits until around 3-4 months at least. As long as they're clean and warm I'm not seeing the problem!

My baby girl mostly wore sleepsuits until she was going into 3-6 month clothes. This was in the summer during the heatwave though so I was able to dress her in rompers/dresses without needing tights. I agree with pp that waistbands on babies might be uncomfortable- cause trapped wind etc. Dungarees are a good call I think 😊
