Baby Poo smells of vinegar?!!!

For about a week now now 10 week old's poo has smelt strongly of vinegar. She has a bit of a cold and cradle cap which we are treating with olive oil and a prescribed shampoo. Are the 2 things linked? She had a bit of diarrhoea last weekend but is otherwise well. Has anyone else experienced this?!

Thanks,

Ben and Heather

Breastfeeding. It's not always green but always smelly.

She has ben dribbling a lot recently, would that be a sign of teething? Not sure what to look for.

My dd had this when she was younger and it turned out to be a UTI, might be an idea to get it checked. You will probabpy have to provide a sample so good luck!

Our dd always used to smell of vinegar when she pooed. In fact her name was Vinegar Arse (poor child)
Now I'm afraid it just smells of shit....
