Toileting accidents at nursery - Please Help

Just looking for advice. DS (approaching 3) is toilet trained can hold for hours, gives plenty of notice, stops activities to go to the toilet etc is still daily accidents at nursery often more than 1 and I'm honestly beginning to think it's possibly not a him problem but a nursery problem.

Some of the staff justdon't seem that bothered or helpful and when I ask what he was doing when he had an accident they aren't always sure.

Today I arrived to collect him and he was sitting on the carpet when he stood up it was clear he had weed, he was in grey shorts so it was beyond obvious. They changed him and said it must have just happened but once home when I put the clothes in the wash they were 80% dry and it was actually a wee stain so it had obviously not just happened.

I'm at a complete loss on what to suggest as it's obviously not all the staff but it's clearly a problem as it's the only place he's having accidents any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had a different but similar situation at nursery and complained to the manager and said that another parent had raised similar worries at pick up and it was sorted immediately, I think they really don’t want that sort of negative feedback circulating.

Sounds very dodgy. Could it be an anxiety thing? Honestly think some nursery staff just don’t do a lot (sorry) - I had a similar issue when a young girl of about 17 became my dd’s main person at nursery. She honestly showed no interest in dd and she suddenly hated going and was having accidents. I know they are severely underpaid etc… would speak to manager and consider removing.
