Do you habe a bed time routine? What is it? How long does it take? At what time does your baby go to bed?

I used to breastfeed ds (11 months) to sleep bit it doesn't work anymore. Also when it did he used to wake up about every 1.5h. Now I walk and oar him to sleep and bf when he wakes up on the night bit I really need to get him out if that habit. Hoping to steal some ideas...

Routine from day 1 (babies now grown)
Upstairs about 6.30, bath, feed, little story (made up when tiny), little cuddle then down when still awake if possible. My son got it pretty quick, in a few weeks he was going down well. I'd wake him (or he'd wake) for a feed before I went to bed about 11pm then he would wake about 2-3am for a feed, then finally up about 6-6.30. During nighttime feed only very quiet talking, no lights on. Of course the odd night he'd wake or be a bit fussy but soothed fairly easily back to sleep. Never let him cry for more than it took me to get to his room.
My daughter had reflux and was much harder to put down initially - but kept to the same routine it was just extended for an hour or so! once down she did follow above routine. But she got it after three months things were much easier.
I think they dropped the 2-3am feed by 5 months? Maybe earlier.
I really tried to avoid feeding to sleep. They never slept in my bed (in fact were in their own rooms from the beginning).
Perseverance was key.
