whats your lo's favourite thing in the garden

i this is not a vry seasonal question but its nice to look forward to the summer

My 3 year old dd loves her little trampoline
6 year old ds used to love his playhouse - he now uses it as a den
Both also love the slide

anything and everything from their outdoor toys (tramp, treehouse, cards, bikes) to the bird bath, mud, stones and annoying mummy by hving mud fights or throwing wet sand over each other!

do find they only go out in the garden in spring summer?

My ds plays in the gravel round the side of the house. He has a tractor, two diggers and two dump trucks and spends hours loading and tipping gravel from one to the other. He also loves his tricycle and just generally running around on the grass with our dog. Sadly we only have a small garden and a very large dog.

He begged to go out there last weekend in hat, coat and gloves and loved it. When he came in I gave him a hot chocolate - poor thing, he was chilly.

the watering can??? stones, the cat, in fact anything random!

The mud, the sand, the grass, the playhouse, the bikes - everything outside. I hardly see my ds's when the weather id dry.

a 20 litre bucket of water and a waterpistol

DD1 takes her little doll's buggy out, fills it with stones & has a fit if I won't let them into the house

the paddling pool - I put the slide down in to it! Also loves his sand/water table. He plays out there all weathers and right through the winter but not with the water based things. So at the moment his favourite things are the playhouse, some logs we have and the tumbledrier (it's in our summer house/gazebo thingy as there's no room indoors).

RONBINBREST, NO THEY ARE OUT THERE EVEN IN THE RAIN!
