Suggestions please, things to do with DD.

OK DD told me the other night she wants two mummies, I am not enough and I give her pasta too often .

Anyway I asked if she would like to do somthing with Mummy on Monday nights instad of going to granny's when I take DS to his club.

Now I am stuck as to what we can do, in the evening 20mins drive from home. Club is on for 1.5hrs. Swimming pool shut, shops shut. Apart from going to the supermarket I can't think what we can do. She is 8yrs.

... and take a teatowel to work on. Beads stay put.

Thanks for the tips, she is at granny's this week as I am working but will suss her our for next week.

Bloody hell, never even thought of that she loves bowling, def one to do.

Had a lovely evening with DD once exH left.

She was having a shower before bed and asked me to chat to her while she was in.

Apart from managing to clean the taps and loo while I was there, it was really nice to chat. We then went upstairs and I trimed and buffed her nails she did her moisturiser and I dried her hair. Lovely and she was all cuddly. Ok she didn't get to bed until 10:15 but hey she was relaxing .

Chatted about mondays, her initial suggestion was that she would just go to granny's, I managed to sell it to her and we came up with....

Bowling
Drawing (she has some great "how to draw" books).
Board games (I forgot how much she loves chess and other games)

Better weather and lighter nights we will..
Go to park
Walk along the shore.
Go on the beach.
Explore the harbour.

She is quite excited about it .
