I have a 16 month old who will sit and stare at the tv for the whole day if we let him.

Myself and my partner disagree about how long to let him watch per day and I wondered what other parents do?

@use257

Oxbridge baby and songs for Little's with miss Rachel are a good option rather than peppa pig or hey duggee etc which doesn't teach anything
@use257 how do you know Hey Duggee "doesn't teach anything"?

I think it's probably assisted my DD's learning of animals and words in general, in the same way that cocomelon helped her learn songs and nursery rhymes and Mr Tumble has taught her some makaton signs

@MsSquiz fair enough, my dc watch loads of it so I hope it does teach something

We have it on in the background all the time as I can't stand a silent house. DS in reality will glance every now and then unless it's waffle or mr tumble
