Hi,
Looking for some advice please about weaning and introducing fresh milk. My lb is 21 weeks, looking to start after he's 6 months or so when i think he's ready and i don't know where to start. What would be best for breakfast ect? Thanks if anyone can help

OP we've been using Solid Starts to guide our weaning journey and it's absolutely brilliant. There's a free app with a database of thousands of foods and will tell you for your babies age what is the most suitable way to serve that food. (Very useful if you have random stuff in the fridge to get rid off!) And also a website and Instagram page with tonnes of free content.
Also loads of information about the weaning journey, how babies learn to chew, gagging, choking, spitting, preventing picky eating etc etc.

I did breakfast last as it was hard to fit it in around milk feeds. I started with lunch then dinner then breakfast
