LO is 0.4th percentile weight but 60th percentile for height. He's just grown out of his 0-3 months clothes in the legs and arms but looks ridiculous in most of the 3-6 months clothes as they're so baggy around his tummy.

Any tips of where to buy clothes for skinny babies?

H&M for vests, boots and gap for sleepsuits and trousers

Anything scandi as well.

Jojo knitted leggings fit my skinny toddler well. Actually the knitted leggings from anywhere (joules, that expensive brand that I forget the name of) have always been better than the cotton ones.
Tesco ones are ok, except their pjs which are inexplicably much bigger for the age than the clothes.

Mine were tiny, long and skinny and Tu were good. H&M I found to big around the waist. George were quite good too.

Scandi stuff is good for skinny babies though I'd really recommend keeping them in babygrows for ease until real clothes are unavoidable (says the person on dc3).

Have you considered using reusable nappies? - My first 2 were very skinny but no one ever noticed unless they were in a disposable nappy (normally because I was behind on washing 🙄). Gives them plenty of bulk in the tummy/bum area.

Petit Bateau always used to be really tiny.

I have this same problem. DD is 50th centile for length but at one point below 0.4th for weight. To be honest, i ended up buying lots of footless leggings and socks, so then it didn't matter that she was too tall for them. When she got to around 5months, she bumped up to 2nd centile and filled out a bit round the tummy so everything stopped looking so baggy.
