My toddler has a cold that doesn't want to go away!!

Anyone got tips on how to get rid of a cold ? .. my toddler has a cold that started over a month ago and it just doesn't want to let go ! Sometimes it will get a little better but then she will wake up and again shes all block up .. its soo frustrating because all the GP say is " as long as she doesnt have a temperature is drinking eating and its well in her self there's nothing we can do" .. but she keeps waking up at night because her nose is bothering her .. shes all snotty all the time and I just have no idea how to get rid of this thing ... HELP!!

Could be winter allergies. Like hayfever but winter

Have you tried a humidifier for her room at night? Can help keep the airways clear

I'd be looking at allergies tbh. My daughter developed a dust mite allergy amongst other things when she was little. I had to get appropriate bedding and keep her room as dust free as possible.

Did she improved after changing her bedding and everything?

Put a cup of water under the radiator. It's so simple but helps A LOT!
