16 yr old DS family birthday activity ideas???

So, DS just turned 16 and says he’d like to do something as a family this weekend, (he has already had a get together with friends). We’re not in a city but in a largeish town. We also have access to the countryside (hills and coast). The usual cinema and bowling have all been done over and over and I’m after some fresh ideas for something a bit special as I’m really pleased he wants to spend this time with us. I just can’t think of anything though - any original and fun ideas very welcome!

I should add that it would be two adults and two teenagers taking part).

What sort of stuff do you all enjoy?

Go and see a show/comedy in nearest theatre/comedy club.

Ice skating followed by hot chocolate/afternoon tea

Do a treasure trail or hidden city game together.

An escape room.

Birds of prey centre? There's one near us that offers experience days where you actually get to fly the birds.

DS has recently had his 16th. Birthday and went indoor skydiving. Great for all ages.
