thick milk residue on newborn tongue - could this be thrush?

my 2 week old newborn has quite a thick milky residue on her tongue and has started sticking her tongue out a lot. Could this be thrush? is it a problem? any advice totally appreciated ....

you will need anti fungicidla for your kncokers too
make an emegency appoutnment
