wanting my Son getting more out of life

my Son is 23 and employed in a entry level office role. which I am proud of. but he has no real hobbies or friends, relationships etc he seems happy yet he says he does want more out of life but there is nothing that he finds interesting. I don't want to to force him to do anything and obviously what he has got so far is good. but how can I help him get more out of life? I can suggest things as he is open to ideas but currently he has no real direction he doesn't want to stay in his current role forever but has no plan of where to go. He is doing great compared to some but I don't want him to still be living like this 10 years down the line. I am looking for hobbies or stuff for his CV that he could do I can give you more details about him if u want

Has he tried speaking to a careers advisor? Even though he already he has a job if he’s not sure what he wants to do long term maybe he could have a chat with one and they can give him some pointers? My dad did this as an adult and told me it was very helpful for him, more so than any advice he’d been given in school as he felt very directionless when he left school.

Volunteering could be a good shout. There is a huge variety of roles with so many different organisations. Learn new skills, develop current ones and make life long friends.

@Oreoreo we will have another look at that. I think they are expensive but I guess it could be worth it for him. he never really had one at school. thanks
