My little one has started feeding less a s less in the day and more at night.

Is this normal / a phase?

Reverse cycling and being nosey. I would try as much as possible to offer a feed every 3 hours in a quiet place. Don’t be a slave to it but if may help you get more sleep. It could also just be the 4 month sleep regression.

Normal. Four month olds are notorious for feeding a lot at night.

To coax her into feeding more in the day, try feeding at the first signs of tiredness, feeding immediately upon awakening from naps, feed in a darkened room, keep distractions to a minimum during feeds (no talking or eye contact, nobody else in the room) and if she refuses to feed in one position then try a different one.
