Baby slept 2 nights and all day- I'll?

Hi all, my 2 month old has slept all night and all day for two days only waking to feed. She is normally a lot more awake. Her temp is a little high at 37.3 (99.14f)
ShouldnI be worried? I thought maybe a growth spurt but now worried she is ill. She has check up on Friday anyway but wanted thoughts xxxx

How often is she feeding? Every 3/4
Hours? This was normal for mine at that age and they were deffo asleep most of the time.

Is she having regular wet nappies OP?

37.3 is a normal temperature. Is baby still taking a normal amount of feeds? Wet and dirty nappies? Normal skin colour? Any rashes etc?

Has she just had her 8 week jabs? DS didn’t sleep as a newborn but I remember he crashed out for a good 48h after the 8 week jabs. It was bliss

If there still feeding and having wet nappies I would make the most of it and catch up on sleep yourself , it could be a growth spurt x

When mine was 8 weeks he had a growth spurt, and then he had two days of sleeping way more than usual, and then the next day he rolled front to back for the first time.
