My toddler son seems to have a very smelly urine for some reason. I think his urine has been smelly for months now and while I know smelly urine is a sign of UTI, he never displayed any symptoms like fever or cloudy urine or blood in urine.
Have u ever faced odorous urine in ur toddler baby. What did It come out about

Is he drinking enough? Being changed often enough? Wee tends to smell stronger in a nappy rather than a toilet where it’s diluted with water.

Mine smells if I’m dehydrated and haven’t drink enough water

Is he taking vitamins? My baby was so smelly on a certain vitamin!

I’d say they were dehydrated.
Have you already asked the HV/ GP for advice if this has been going on for months?
