My daughter fell over today onto her face and cut her nose and has a bump on her head. She is absolutely fine in herself and is eating and acting normal but it really scared me. Do I call the doctor or just leave her as she is? I feel like a really bad mum for not watching her.

I think we've all been there. The last time it happened to me, we were at the house we were buying looking around and I only took my eyes off my 2yo ds for a few seconds while distracted talking to MIL, but it was long enough for him to fall down the stairs. I felt like the worst mother and I was notably quite worried but looked at warning signs to look out for and just kept a very close eye on him for the first 24 hours after. He was absolutely fine, despite giving me the fright of my life. Try not to worry Op. I would always call if you're really concerned, but read this:

If you click on the concussion link

www.nhs.uk/conditions/concussion/ it gives you some helpful advice too.
