If your baby/toddler goes to sleep at 7pm, what time are they awake from in the morning?

9 month old wakes at 7am but isn't tired enough at 7pm and it's closer to 8pm he goes go bed. Just wondering how people are putting their babies down at 7pm?

21 month old is 1900–1930 and up at 0545-0615 here. Needs a hour and a half nap in the day. Have tried shifting timings, but later bed makes her get up earlier not later, then she’s exhausted and grumpy.

I opened this thread expecting to feel miserable afterwards but nope...

7pm bed would usually result in a 5.30am wake up. With a few wakes in the night at the moment due to teeth. 22 months old.

5.30 sounds like bliss - mine seems to think that 4.30 is an acceptable time to start the day. Exhausted by 5 of course, so she goes down 5.30-6. If we keep her up later she still wakes up at 4.30, so we've accepted it and go to bed ridiculously early ourselves.

9 month old goes to bed 7/7.30 and is up between 5.20-6.20. Sometimes feed at 5pm and go back to bed until 7 but that’s rare. I wouldn’t change a thing if you’re getting consistent 7am wakes!
