Blood in 1 year old nappy *WARNING* Poo nappy photo

Hi my baby has had constipation since 1 week now I have switched him to cows milk since 3 weeks ago. Today I changed his nappy ans there was blood he did another poo after this but no blood in there and he also has a rash on his bottom. I have called 111 but waiting for them to call back so Just wanted to ask if any tips??? I have attached photos

If he's constipated, have you tried lots of high water foods?

Could possibly be dehydration. Like PP said needs food with high water.
Offer him plenty of drinks but wait for 111 to respond as they can make an informed diagnosis

@Danikm151 I haven't tried it and yes 111 just got back and asked to see him so hopefully they will provide some info xx
