Can anyone recommend a baby jogger for a running parent?

My first baby is due in March. I am not running now but want to go back to it ASAP! What should I look for when buying a baby jogger? Do I also need to get a normal kind of pushchair as well or will the baby jogger meet all needs? Has anyone had a good experience running with one and can recommend one? Can you do off road walking/jogging with a baby jogger or are they only designed for tarmac?

Thanks!

Leo

What about the official Babyjogger? (you can find it on a google search. We had one, it was good to run with on tarmac though have to admit we used it more for walking offroad, it's not great for running on rough terrain only because the baby will get quite bumped. You need big wheels for jogging - 16" wheels rather than the more standard 12" which most 3 wheelers have. Personally it met all our needs we didn't use another buggy but it depends how much shopping you do or how much public transport you'll use with it - it's big to fold up on a bus.
They are supposed to be for use for 4 months up or so, but I think you can get insets for smaller babies.
