What to use once the bouncer has been outgrown?

The past couple of days it looks like DS has outgrown his baby bjorn bouncer. He's not too keen to sit in it anymore and tries to wriggle out, sit up/do crunches in it as he wants to move about.

Would you have any suggestions on what to get him next so he can sit/play and I could still get a few chores done here and there? We've got a dog so would need to keep that in mind as well.

Jumperoo?

I found once they started moving they don’t want to be contained. How old is he? Is he rolling and crawling?

I use a memory foam dog bed 🤣 My baby isn't mobile yet but she can sit really well but if she does fall, she doesn't hurt herself

Jumperoo-ours was a god send to keep him contained. When he started moving though he wouldn’t go in it anymore but great for the time he did go in it.

Jumperoo and a fisher price floor seat.

Jumperoo here too. I have it in the kitchen so he can play while I cook etc.

He's 5.5 months adjusted (6.5 biologically). He can roll and is very close to crawling (currently it's more of a slow inchworm or shuffle).
But he can't sit (he's too busy wanting to constantly move that he doesn't seem to be interested in sitting).

Oooh thank you! I'll look at jumperoo/activity centres or a play pen.

As, of course, the dog is always supervised when in same room as DS, but I'd like something a bit less of a trample hazard.

Travel cot has been fab for all 5 of ours.
We got a dog when our youngest 2 were almost 9mth old, she's fab with them but once they could climb out of the cot I'd lock the dog in a different room to them. Not so easy to keep them apart now they're older but she has her crate as a safe place she can go where the kids know they have to leave her alone.

Jumperoo, travel cot, playpen. Or just wear them in the baby carrier while you're doing whatever. I must admit we had limited success with all of those things, not much was done at home with her around until she was about 2 and would watch a bit of telly independently.
