1 year old rash on top of legs & back

He’s had it for a few days, doesn’t seem to bother him at all. Feels a bit “rough” to touch.

Anyone know what it is? A reaction to something?

Have you changed any laundry stuff? His wash/creams?

@PinkCookie11 It’s possible some of his clothes got thrown in with ours, which is Lenor rather than his Fairy softener. Does it look like that sort of thing?

Yeah, I done the same and my LO came out in a rash like this. It’s easily done.
I already had some cream for docs for a previous rash so put that on and it went. It’s called hydromol can buy it on Amazon, boots etc.
It’s the best cream for any little rashes etc takes it straight away.
