The dreaded 4-month sleep regression

We have just had our 6th night of half hourly to hourly wake ups with DS. Slowly re-adjusting back to the massive lack of sleep. But today just feeling totally exhausted and drained. Anyone else at the same stage? Anyone recently came out of this phase and can give me some reassurance! Thank you Smile

DS slept through last night too. It is a miracle! I didn't change a thing just carried on as normal. It seemed to gradually get better. It went to him waking 15 times (at its worst) to 5 times a night (for a while) then it went to about 2 then last night. So goodness if it will last but I will take it for now! That is good news about DD going off on her own. Brilliant! Let's hope it continues for you. I've got everything crossed!! X

@BerthaYoung
Oh he's also mastered rolling both ways now and has started sleeping on his side (which freaks me out!) so whether that is related or not I'm not sure! X

This sounds very promising for you @DisneyGirl2387. And encouraging for the rest of us! Long may it last. DD is also now rolling both ways, and has started sleeping on her tummy, which I’m delighted about because it seems a bit more soothing for her. Though she doesn’t always get her arm out from under her so I fear at least some of the current wake-ups are probably from numb limbs! 😹
