My ds has been so grumpy this past week and his sleep has been of I was running his gums and found this:

Does this mean his tooth is coming through soon ?

It looks like there's a dent in the gumline in the shape of a tooth, is that right? If so I'd say the next couple of days. You're nearly there!

That's what my son's looked like before his tooth actually came through; I'd say 5-7 days?

Should be soon. You get a greyish, blistery looking bit on the gum right before it cuts through, that’s the hole forming in the gum for the tooth to come through. Some teeth can be stubborn and push up quite far before they actually cut through. But either way, hopefully not long now. Then some respite....until the next lot.
