Baby monitor recommendations

Hello,

I'm due later this year and just looking for recommendations for baby monitors.

The first few months I place to have the baby with me downstairs napping in the daytime, but from 2-3 months would like to put him upstairs in the next to me crib. Obviously nights we plan to be in the same room as him.

As I plan to put baby down for naps upstairs in daytime - I'd like a decent monitor.

Any recommendations?

Also video or audio?

I would always choose video. Our BT 6000 monitor is really good - I would definitely recommend.

I have a CamPark monitor. Doesnt cost the world, does what you need it to do.

And yes, agree with PP. Video over audio everytime.
