Is 500 words too long for a summary of a 4500 lit review?

I really havent got much more to add. Can I do a 500 word summary or is it too long?

I'm sorry this is not in response to your question but I lost touch with a very good friend who used the nickname mosschops and wondered if it could be you ... if you by any chance used to work for Two Ten Communications in 1996 and later moved to Brighton please let me know and I'll try to work out how to do this CAT thing as I would dearly love to find my friend again!!
