1 week since my baby 19 week baby has been peeing less then normal?

Its roughly been a week my baby has been peeing less then he normally does, mostly he had really heavy nappies at night now even after 4-6 hours they are barely full in the day he does that too after 2 hours they might not be wet at all and then on the next nappy change be really wet he is well playing and seems happy he has been sweating quite a bit aswell normally he does sweat alot since he was born. Is it a cause of concern shall I speak to the doctor about it ?

It’s hard with nappies to tell what colour the wee is, but colour is a major indication of how hydrated he is. What is his fluid intake like? And what’s the consistency of his poo?
