Where to get clothes for a tall, slim toddler?

DS 22 months is top of the charts for height and bottom for weight, he has a narrow, slight build with long legs.

He needs some new clothes for winter but I’m struggling to get stuff, especially trousers that are long enough that won’t fall down. Today I’m returning an H&M order as the trousers are comically large around the waist/bum, while the Zara stuff is slimmer but far too short so has to go back too.

The best I’ve found is Petit Bateau but I can’t afford that for everything. Has anyone with similar shaped DC got any recommendations?

Both mine are this shape. We get super skinny jeans from next, with adjustable waistband. Sainsbury’s is often good too. H&M, Boden and JoJo are massive on the waist

Mine lives in Frugi bottoms at the moment. The leggings fit him nicely in the size he's in, and I size down on the joggers, as they're pretty generous in the length and work with the smaller waist

Surprised by Frugi, everything we have from them is absolutely massive, even taking into account it’s cut for cloth. DS sleeps in some frugi 6-12 vests we were given, they slip off his shoulders they’re so wide on him.

Making a note to try gap, primark, next jeans etc, and hoping my Vertbaudet order will solve our problems!
