There's some great threads in the Christmas section about nice things to do that aren't expensive or are free. It's something like "if restrictions persist we'll make December lovely".

My motto is, it's about the experience not the amount. DS doesn't need a roomful of presents to enjoy Christmas, just a few toys he will really like. He'll love decorating biscuits made with a star/tree/gingerbread man cutter.
