So as the title says really! Over the last few months my 17yold family member has been posting pictures of her now 5 months old baby eating totally unsuitable foods! To the point I'm really concerned. Not about the types of foods rather just choking hazards if in being honest! I'm all for baby led weaning at 6 months but recently she posted a picture of the then 4 month old baby with a fist full of nann bread and chunks of chicken korma and rice on the high chair and now she has posted a picture of the baby with a fist full of happy meal burger and chips whilst slouched over in her buggy. I've mentioned politely multiple times that's not how babyled works and I've even added her into fb pages with tips etc! She thinks I'm just Interfering and that she will do what she wants it's her baby etc! Because shes under 18 and a bit of a nutter really she has a family nurse that would have been coming in and checking weekly giving her parenting lessons but thanks to covid she hasnt been able to have those resources. I'm just wondering what I could do to help get it through to her how dangerous it is when baby led weaning is done wrong?

I think you have to leave her to it. You sound very judgemental and she will have picked up on that.
