Xmas pressie for baby to be born Nov 04

I am due 6/11 with 2nd child (gender unknown). I can't remember if we got dd a Christmas present as she was born end Oct and was also very little (you'd think you'd never forget something like that don't you?).

Family are all insistent on getting something for the new baby so will be getting some 6m & 9m stuff for the coming year although we have most things already.

But I was thinking this year that maybe we'd get something special from his/her big sister. Any ideas?

What about a special decoation for the Xmas tree - they could give each other a Xmas bauble or something as a reminder in years to come of when they were both little! (obviously baby 2 won't remember giving it but I am sentimental)!

we have bought our 1 month old DD a silver christening bracelet for xmas and had a message engraved inside it - a possible idea if you have a girl as it is a good keepsake (i still have the one my mum bought me, and she has the one my Grandma bought her) ?
