TV similar to Little Baby Bum

Hi, DD 13 months absolutely loves the Little Baby Bum cartoons on Netflix. We are both wfh full time and she goes to her grandma for a few hours a day (in Ireland so this is allowed). But when she is here it is the only way to distract her so we can get some work done! It's driving us insane though - any suggestions for similar she may like? I think it's the combination of music and bright colours.

No anti-screen time brigade please - I already feel guilty enough about it but she has plenty of other activities as well and as I say this is the only way we can get any work done when she is here with us.

Mine loves the Mickey mouse clubhouse stuff on Netflix.

I am not anti screen time at all, I appreciate how difficult it is to WFH with a toddler, but is it not possible for her to go to nursery for a few days a week so you can have some time to work? Childcare is all open as normal now over here is that the case in Ireland?

Coco melon is similar but I don't think they have a British version so you have to watch out for when they do the alphabet and on the sign language song it's American so it's different.

The wiggles

Not the same on Netflix but still good

Bright colours, singing moments

Mine loves Bounce Patrol on youtube

@swisherfisher we deferred our Creche place until January as we are lucky enough to live next door to MIL so she takes her for 4 hours a day and she naps for 2 so there is usually only an hour or so usually we have to distract her for.

@PopcornAndWine ahh that makes sense! Not much longer to go then in the grand scheme of things!

It's hard work isn't it!!

Bob the train on Amazon but be careful what you wish for, he is even more annoying than lbb Grin

HalfBloodPrincess · 27/08/2020 09:59

Super simple songs
Dave and Ava
Kids camp
Mother goose club
All on YouTube.

ToxicTracey · 27/08/2020 10:03

Looloo kids! Baby bum and looloo are our go to kids shows. Cocomelon is an option too but the songs really annoy me.

Bollockingfuck · 27/08/2020 10:07

Hey Bear sensory,
Baby Einstein’s (very american but some videos have no talking)

nc600 · 27/08/2020 10:22

Mother Goose Club

Abouttimemum · 27/08/2020 10:32

Cocomelon!!! Much nicer singing voices than that god awful screechy female on LBB.

Noloudnoises · 27/08/2020 10:36

Anything by baby Einstein in your tube. Nice 30min videos which they are hypnotised by!

ew1990 · 27/08/2020 10:36

Yes to cocomelon DD still loves it now at nearly 3

Lackadaisically · 27/08/2020 11:02

Coco melon drives me bonkers but DS loves it.

Super simple songs are lovely
Mother goose club is good

I miss the wiggles. They are amazing but my 3 year old won't watch them anymore, he used to live them when he was tiny!

PopcornAndWine · 27/08/2020 12:04

Thanks everyone, lots to try. Hope I can find an alternative to LBB, I swear I will be hearing those songs in my nightmares 😂
