Hi, just wondering if you bought anything (e.g. more equipment) for baby no 2 or did you have everything you needed from baby no 1?

Just a cot as ds1 was in the cotbed.

A changing table and a nursing chair, to ensure I didn't make my joints worse. Another cotbed. All second-hand. A few new nappy wraps.

That was pretty much it. I'd got a lot of bulky items free off Freecycle like a Bumbo, door bouncer, ride-on toys and got rid, so got some more as needed.

The change table has been a chest of drawers for the last 6 years and finally time to sell it (sniff!)

Less than two years between them so ended up getting

double buggy
another cot
a buggy board for our single buggy
A few clothes as DS2 was bigger than DS1
A lightweight sleeping bag
Another highchair/booster
A new bouncer as ours was not in great condition after DS1

Oh and another baby monitor (camera) that synced to our original monitor so we could watch both kids on the same screen.

Completely forgot the double buggy too as there is 20 months between them and ds didn't walk til he was 2.

Nothing, apart from changing mat. It's great. My fb was 2 when second was born so no need for buggy board either 👍

We got rid of all the big things as my son outgrew them so have had to buy them all again. I kept most of DS's clothes and having another boy so this is one area we're sorted but that's all.
