Should I let my 17 yr old go on holiday with her bf

Should I let my 17 yr old DD go and stay in our house in Gold Coast alone with her bf? It's not like I'll be able to stop her in a few months when she's 18 so why not let her now. But at the same times it's a bit scary letting them go. I'm not sure what to do! HELP!!

Let her go.

They’ll have a great time.

I went on holiday with my boyfriend when I was 17. Had a great time and it was my first time ever abroad so a bit more to worry about but I had so much fun. Let her go

I left home at 16 so....it's not really about age, it's about taking responsibility for herself. You know her best and wether she can cope in this situation.

In general, yes, absolutely.

Abroad? Now? Nope.

Gold Coast is Australia?

Do you live in Australia, in which case it's not really unreasonable? If you live in the U.K. and she is going to Australia alone in the middle of Covid then I would say no.

Actually 17 and going away with boyfriend is fine imo
