Seat/Table to Put Child in Temporarily (answering door etc.)

Hi All,

Currently got a nemo jumperoo and a fisher price activity table, baby (12 months) not that interested in them anymore so they tend be something I can just put her in whilst getting ready or answering the door to postman etc. so that I know she's safe.

However, Nemo is not worth keeping now as id prefer the space it will free up and the actiivty centre she managed to climb over an dout of the other day (including a thud onto the floor!) so im looking for something else I can use purely for this purpose when i downstairs and need to safely contain her for a short amount of time.

We have the mothercare version of bumbo seat which is useless as she can pull the tray off herself and just crawl out.

The only think I can think of is to get another activity centre with a seat in the middle but one that is taller.

Does anyone else have any genius ideas that they use for a similar reason?

Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair.

Have you got room for a play pen or travel cot? We’ve just got ride of the jumperoo but find playpen handy for when I have to leave the room.

We have a travel cot up in the front room for this purpose, e.g. use it like a play pen. It cost us something like £15 off eBay. We haven't actually had to use it yet but I like knowing there is somewhere safe to put her if I needed to

I used to use a travel cot for DS and then he had a sit in walker which he loved.

I just put mine in his high chair.
