Is it ok to use ultrabase/cetraben on baby's face?

My baby is 7 months old and has recently gotten very dry skin on her cheeks and forehead. I normally use either ultrabase or cetraben on her body so would it be ok to put some on her face too?

I hope so, I’ve used it a fair bit but never had any issues!
