Can anyone tell me how many times I should wash a minki pocket..

Just the once to get rid of any factory residue (if you're a dilligent mummy ) I think since it's fleece and not in itself absorbant?

That's what I did with my Slinki Minki anyway (who am I kidding, I was so taken with the lovely colours that I slung it straight on him ). I was using stuffing though that was older so had been washed a good few times.
