Just to say I'm proud of my son!

My son (2 years and 5 months) has just completed this 30 piece puzzle unaided. I just need to write it somewhere how proud I am. He is quite speech delayed which can make him seem a bit slower than others so I just need to share it! Feel free to add something your children have done that you're proud of! We need some positivity Grin

Well done little boy! Must have been concentrating a long time to manage that.

MsChatterbox · 08/04/2020 09:59

@parrotonmyshoulder thank you! So fun to watch him figure it out!

That's amazing! I was impressed with my niece doing one half the size on a video call the other day. Jigsaw mania really is spreading during lockdown isn't it Grin

Aw well done little one. Mine was obsessed with puzzles at that age and would sit and do them for hours.

LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset · 08/04/2020 10:09

Well done to your little one, he's obviously very bright and has a mummy that loves him very much. Lucky boy.

MsChatterbox · 08/04/2020 10:30

@BlueGheko aww lovely. It makes a nice change to all the noisy things he loves 🤣.

@LadyRochfordsHoickedGusset oh that comment really made me smile thank you. It's true he's very loved!

Wow! Mine is the same age and speech delayed but wouldn't sit still long enough to do that. You should be proud.

doodleygirl · 08/04/2020 10:42

Thats lovely, you should be very proud Smile

Billyeyelash · 08/04/2020 10:46

Good on him for keeping focused on the task.
(mine have yet to do anything for me brag about today).

MsChatterbox · 08/04/2020 11:40

@HeyDuggeewhatchadoin one day they will be talking and we will miss all their little mispronounciations!

@doodleygirl thank you!

@Billyeyelash it's funny he can focus on something like this but if I try to relax with a movie it's no good!! 🤣. Hopefully they do something soon to save your lockdown sanity!

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 09/04/2020 11:47

My son is pretty good with jigsaws but my poor dd is so hideously bad at them it's almost funny. She just doesnt get it.
