Pregnant with number 3 and having panic thoughts about how I will cope etc.
They'll be a 2.5 year gap between 2 and 3.
Anyone got experience with 3DC? How do you cope etc

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hi anxietyforever. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I don't normally post on mn but havibg been in your shoes i couldn't just flick past your post!

I have 3 dc and there's 3 years between the youngest 2. I also work full time. It can be hard at times but they're also great buddies and entertain each other which gives me a bit of a break!! I have a lovely childminder and she's flexible which helps.

When the youngest was a baby i had a fairly tight schedule and was fairly organised. I found this really helped and i was able to get out of the house for walks etc. I really think this kept my mind clear and stopped and low moods creeping in. Notnot going to lie, it was very hard at times but i don't regret it and wouldn't be without my youngest. She's as stubborn as a mule and knows her own mind, which can be difficult in itself, but i can't imagine our family without her.

Good luck.

Grin I cried my way through the whole of my third surprise pregnancy. Six months of anxiety, panic attacks and worry.
It’s fine though - better than fine. They are six months now and amazing.

They make all our lives better for being here.

You cope because you have to, because your a mum and being a mum is ace.

That being said I’m now going to change another nappy
