I always knew my son bit his nails but have today had a good look at his fingers and he’s actually biting the skin not only around his nails but on the tips and pads of his fingers too.
It’s only 2 of his fingers but he’s actually made them bleed in a couple of places. He’s claiming not to realise he’s doing this. He says he isn’t worried about anything. It seems like a habit.
He’s going to have plasters on the two fingers for a few days to hopefully break the habit but does anyone have any other advice?
