Well baby liquid leaving red marks in baby

Hi all
I give my baby well baby multi bit liquid and I have noticed that if there’s abit that gets left on her mouth, it leaves a red mark. Some got spilt of the spoon this morning and went down her top and because I didn’t wipe it off in time it left a red mark down her chest.
Has this happened to anyone else or. Now what it might be? X

The liquid itself is a brown ish colour. It’s just the staining from that, I would imagine. Just use a cloth to wipe her mouth after.

Yep I wipe her down and there’s literally a red blotch where it was. It goes after a bit but still abit worried what’s causing it x

Sounds like she might have a tiny reaction to it but not much to worry about.

But the messiness of liquid vitamins is why I've always done it in the bath so any spilt gets wiped off instantly and doesn't stain clothes.
