Baby struggling to latch onto bottle in eveninga

Dd is now 10 weeks old and we are having real problems with feeding her but only in the evenings. Shes been on bottles since she was 2 days old (at first expressed milk but now formula) due to a really painful latch and prolonged jaundice from not drinking enough. The problems with the bottles used to be there during the day (not always taking them, drinking a bit and then stopping- I seem to be the only one who can successfully feed her) but now it's just in the evenings- she seems to struggle to latch onto them? Either she literally cant get onto them at all for ages which results in her getting really frustrated and screaming (which obviously makes the feeding harder) or she seems to latch and is sucking furiously but absolutely nothing is coming out. She is now fine during the day and can get the milk properl (although it can still.be difficult for others to feed her). I've tried Mam, Dr Brown and Tommee Tippee but have the same issues with all 3. I've mentioned it to the HV and GP who dont seem that concerned. The GP had a look at her last week and said she might be a bit tongue tied but as shes bottle fed not much can be done. She was born close to 75th percentile but is now just on 50th so I've been advised to keep an eye on her weight. We are literally feeding nonstop some nights from 7 until 11 with me (and her) desperately trying to get the milk in...has anyone got any advice/experience of this??
