its even affected this area of my life as well

sitting here realising that in the last two days, i have been happier, my kids have been happier, i havent raised my voice at all.

hopefully this will carry on .

Better and better! Hope Peter is still making good progress. Went to the Zoo today and was thinking - LVOC will be able to do this soon
