Paediatric gastroenterologists for reflux in toddler? London / SE recs, pls

DS is 14 months and often vomits his meals, snacks, drinks. He had silent reflux before we weaned him. We were advised to wean early and started at 4 months. It went relatively well and we progressed from smooth purees to lumpier ones. Then he went backwards and for the past 3 months he's been vomiting, sometimes every meal and snack all day, sometimes one meal that day, sometimes nothing that day. There's no obvious pattern. He's not currently on any medication for reflux. He's getting very distressed about meal times, not wanting to sit in his high chair, etc. And who can blame him?!

Can anyone recommend a paediatric gastroenterologist they've seen for reflux / vomiting (in case there's possibly another cause) in a toddler? We're in Bucks but could go to London, Oxon, or Herts for an appointment. Thanks so much!
