Do you worry about your kids health? Is it founded in reality?

I worry about my two. I'm pretty sure I'm not making it up that there are issues.

The eldest is nearly three. He has meltdowns, mood swings, is constantly exhausted, hyperactive, urinates loads, eats far far too often. He has been labelled "potential coeliac" and has had a 3 month course of sytron but is now exhausted again after 7 weeks off it.

My youngest is two in Jan. He's losing weight - now down to the 2nd centile (hv says that's fine). He's increasingly tired and quite pale.

Eldest is gluten free and dairy free. He had cmpa as a baby and due to bad medical advice is off gluten. Youngest just has the same diet as the eldest and if he has dairy will be up screaming in the night with trapped wind and massive farts.

Am I imagining all of this? I'm just worried about them. I never used to be worried about the youngest.

Does anyone else also worry about their kids? Do you have reasons? I feel like my reasons are all just a bit too subtle to substantiate and prove

I had vague worries when mine were little. Had always thought if myself and dh as laid-back, non-worriers, now had to get used to being treated as over-anxious. Turned out there was a genuine problem, not life-"threatening but enough to impact my eldest for life & would have been much better if she had got support earlier.

I'm a wortier too.
Google is my downfall. Ds is 15months and has the stinkiest farts. I looked it up snd now I'm paranoid he had coeliac 😑
