Hi
Is this normal? My first baby was the opposite and hardly needed any sleep so maybe it’s just me, but my 3 month old (born at 36+5) starts getting super tired and ready to nap after just 1 hour of being awake. He does this 4 times a day and then sleeps at night with a dream feed 10:30 and then wakes hungry around 4am before going back to sleep..so he’s basically sleeping 20 hours a day (I know, I know I shouldn’t be complaining) but that does seem quite excessive for his age so I’m a bit worried that he’s ok / developing normally.
What’s everyone else’s experience at this age?

Perfectly normal in my house! Google the Baby Whisperer routines, it sounds like yours might have read the book!

If he’s been checked for jaundice / vit d / iron / blood / thyroid problems then he’s probably just building up a growth spurt.

Sounds normal ime and by 4 months you’ll probably notice he can go longer.
