Ds4 is 10 month old and a bit of a vicious chewer when it comes to teething. Today he tried to chew a metal stick which is completely my fault as the toy ride on car had it’s steering wheel falling off hence it was just a pointy metal stick which I had completely forgot about. Anyway he must have slipped on it and it ran up above his front top tooth right into his gum taking a chinc out of it and leaving a bloody dent (and slightly filed down tooth). I called the pharmacist to see if I can get anything for it but was told no as it is in the mouth and it will heal.
I can’t stop checking and shocking myself as it just looks awful. He managed to eat dinner and his milk but oh my god.
It doesn’t help that I am already on the edge from trying to pack up to leave for holiday in the morning. Keep thinking what if it gets infected while we are abroad.
Please tell me your child has had worst injuries!!!
